Hour 2 – Physical Training
- The Basics – You will learn the core of defending yourself.
These techniques are effective in many situations.

Padded Man Class
- During this class session, we will concentrate on the physical techniques you have learned. A Padded Man Attack will give you a practical but safe environment to practice your skills.

While our classes offer an in depth look at self-defense, your training will fade without practice. The LADY Program offers continuing classes through a self-defense club and will be happy to arrange continuing education classes for those interested.
